- responses to common inquiries regarding the use of mindfulness to decrease alcohol consumption
- tools for monitoring daily objectives and progress over time
Mind Guide is not meant to substitute in-person clinical treatment.
This application is undergoing safety and feasibility assessments and is created specifically for individuals already engaged in an authorized user experience study. A complimentary invitation code is necessary to fully access the app.
