This application is designed for veterans aiming to reduce their alcohol consumption. Mind Guide offers:

a guided training plan tailored to alcohol use, helping users learn the fundamentals of mindfulness practice
responses to common inquiries regarding the use of mindfulness to decrease alcohol consumption
tools for monitoring daily objectives and progress over time

Mind Guide is not meant to substitute in-person clinical treatment.

This application is undergoing safety and feasibility assessments and is created specifically for individuals already engaged in an authorized user experience study. A complimentary invitation code is necessary to fully access the app.
